Edit: So, nach dem ich die DB Navigtor App neuinstalliert habe (hatte die App wegen DB next deinstalliert) und mich angemeldet habe, klappt alles reibungslos bei mir (Android 10, moto g8 plus).
Vielleicht App komplett mit Cache und Speicher lschen, deinstallieren, Handy neustarten und die DB nochmal deinstallieren, falls Du das noch nicht probiert hast.
